At Access Denied, we stand behind our high-performance gear, but if your equipment doesn't help you dominate the field, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the sports gear you wish to return to receive an RMA number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring all protective padding and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Bring your package to any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
